Team Managers Only

  • All ITF (Spain) Team Managers can register members via access to the ITF (Spain) On-Line system. National Associations can add clubs in the ITF Database for there own Federation and then the clubs also can register directly. Is not possible to register as an individual.

NOTE:  It is also possible for National Secretaries to create “Clubs” in the ITF Online Database giving them access (username and password). This will enable Team Managers to enter individuals.

Information about the new ITF On-line System | See Video of the ITF On-line System here

  • Clubs who are NOT members of the ITF with Headquarters in SPAIN can register through the Sportdata Website, under the heading of ITF Events using the following procedure:
  1. Create an account (Club Name) with Sportdata
  2. Go to “ITF Events” and choose World Cup Event
  3. Click “Register”
  4. A notice will appear acknowledging that their registration has been noted
  5. The request for registration access will be sent directly to them by the Tournament Committee, via email, upon approval of the ITF National Association of that country.
  6. Upon approval the online registration process will be open and the club will then be able to populate their entry details.

What happens if someone’s grade changes?

Well it depends. For example if someone is entered as 4th gup and they end up grading again before the tournament to 3rd gup, then it doesn’t matter – because 4th to 1st gup are in the same group.

If however someone changes from 1st gup to 1st Dan, then you must remove the registration as 1st gup and register again as a 1st Dan.
